The Mighty Mouth, Casey Quinlan is funny, honest, and an inspiration.  Her book, Cancer for Christmas, details her bout with cancer and cancer treatment, and her Twitter stream is sure to make you laugh, or at least shake your head.  An avid social media user, both of Twitter and Foursquare, Casey is a great follow for any Richmonder and really for anybody on Twitter in general.
