Ok, so it’s a character and not a real person, but Jocelyn is far and away one of the funniest fake people on Twitter, hands down.  The brain-child of…actually I think I’ll leave that a secret, Jocelyn is crude, vile, foul-mouthed, and a laugh-riot.  While I don’t recommend following Filthy Richmond by anybody that is easily offended or is adverse to “colorful” language, she’s a definite must follow for anybody that loves to laugh, even when they know they shouldn’t.
