If you’ve been to any sort of social event in Richmond, there’s a good chance that you’ve already met Lisa Ann Setchel.  One of the owners of Freeze Frame Photo Booths, they often bring their booths to events, both charity and social media related, for the attendees, to use for the taking of photos.
